Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Diet Pens is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our valued customers. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with an hourly wage ranging from $16.50 to $21.00, depending on experience and qualifications. The role requires availability to work evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of our health and wellness product offerings, staying updated with new developments, features, and benefits.
3. Order Management: Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, ensuring seamless transactions and
resolving any issues promptly.
4. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, collaborating with other departments when necessary to find solutions.
5. Educational Support: Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and proper care to enhance their overall experience.
6. Information Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to relevant teams for continuous product and service improvement.
8. Policy Adherence: Ensure that all customer interactions adhere to company policies and guidelines.
9. Flexibility: Be available to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer needs during these peak hours.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
